Jim Russell - President
Builder/ Remodeler since 1976.
Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1981. Founded FMG Southern Services
Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations in 1985 for the purpose of
promoting Builders, Developers, Real Estate Projects and Real Estate
Brokers. Customers included Johnston Properties, Pulte Homes,
Royer Realty, Cornerstone Properties, King and King Attorneys, Servox,
Ltd., Peachtree Painting, Applied Foundation Technologies, and Mister
Sparky. Founded The National Academy for Home Inspectors/ Georgia
Institute for Builders and Home Inspectors 1997 Founded The Georgia
Real Estate Home Inspectors and Mister Home Inspector, Inc. 1998 to
recruit, train, develop and promote the best home inspectors in the
state of Georgia. GREI/ Mister Home Inspector, Inc. is
now the largest home inspection company in Georgia.

Peter Shalinski - Director
Peter is a professionally schooled and
trained Home Inspector. Peter is Code Certified and is a professional
member of ICC. Peter is also a member of GREI (General Real Estate
Inspectors). He has a BS in Vocational Education from New York
Institute of Technology. He is also a certified electrician and plumber
and teaches both subjects in our Professional Home Inspection Training
class. Peter is an former Eagle Scout and spends most of his free time
raising troubled teens through the Freedom Village program. Peter has
been a dedicated professional home inspector since 1985.
Ervin Mitchell, Ed.D - Assistant
Director
Ervin is a professionally schooled and
trained Home Inspector. Ervin is also a member of GREI (General Real
Estate Inspectors). He has a BS in education from Florida A&M and a
Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt University. Ervin is also a Lawyer
and a former high school principal.
Greg Reichenberg - Structure/
Code/ Stucco
Greg is a professionally schooled and
trained Home Inspector. Greg is Code Certified, Stucco Certified, Mold
Certified and is a professional member of ICC. Greg worked in
Catastrophe Restoration for All State for 22 years. Greg was
instrumental in the development of the inspection and repair protocols
established by the Stucco Warranty Industry. He is also a member of
GREI (General Real Estate Inspectors). He teaches Structure in the
Professional Home Inspection Training and all four segments of the Code
Training class. Greg has been inspecting residential structures over 20
years.
Michael Nier - Electrical
& Plumbing/ Code
Michael is a professionally schooled and
trained home inspector. Michael has an AS in Vocational Education, is
Code Certified and is a professional member of ICC. Michael also has a
certification from the ICC as a Commercial Building Inspector as well
as many other ICC Code Certifications. During the week, Michael is a
full time municipal inspector. On week-ends, Michael is either
inspecting homes or teaching classes at the Georgia Institute for Home
Inspectors. Michael is a member of GREI (General Real Estate
Inspectors) and teaches all four segments of the Code Training class.
Michael has been inspecting residential structures for over ten years.
Paul Syesta - Heating and Air
Conditioning/ Mold
Paul is a professionally schooled and
trained Home Inspector. Paul is Code Certified and is a professional
member of ICC. Paul is also a member of GREI (General Real Estate
Inspectors), IESO and American IAQ Council. He is a certified unlimited
HVAC technician in Georgia and teaches the HVAC segment of our
Professional Home Inspection Training class and our Mold Inspection and
Testing class. Paul taught Sears employees HVAC for over 31 years. Paul
was the lead facilities inspector for Sears for over six years. Paul
has been inspecting residential structures over 25 years.
Myles Russell - Report Writing
Myles is a professionally trained home
inspector. Myles is Code Certified and is a professional member of ICC.
He is also a member of GREI (General Real Estate Inspectors). Myles
worked with software engineers at Hewlett Packard to design report
writing software for a pocket PC. He is an accomplished amateur writer,
with many published articles on the internet. He is also an aspiring
fantasy novelist. Myles teaches our Report Writing segment and has been
a dedicated home inspector since 1998.
Sam Young - Electrical and
Plumbing
Sam is a dedicated professionally
schooled and trained home inspector. Sam is an Eagle Scout, Retired Air
Force Captain, has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an
MBA in Business from Arizona State University, is Code Certified and is
a professional member of ICC. He is also a member of GREI (General Real
Estate Inspectors). Sam teaches the Electrical and Plumbing sections in
our Professional Home Inspection Training class.
